A. We do not include a receipt with our products. If you need a receipt, please write it in the comment box when you place your order. We will no longer be issuing paper receipts in order to promote a paperless system to conserve resources. From now on, receipts will be sent via e-mail (PDF format file). Thank you for your understanding. In the case of cash on delivery (COD) payments, the COD receipt from the shipping company you receive at the time of delivery is the official receipt according to accounting regulations. If you need us to issue a receipt for a cash on delivery transaction, we will issue a receipt and send it to you by e-mail (PDF file) after you return the receipt to us to prevent double issuance.
